Fees

Design Club works to a fixed fee rather than a percentage of the estimated construction value. Our fee is based solely on our estimated time to undertake the work. The only time our fee will change is when you request a variation after agreeing to work that has been done.

For some projects the design concept and master plan stage may be too complex to allow us to provide a fixed price. In this case we will provide an hourly rate quote or an estimated fee.

Our first meeting is free, so that we can meet with you, discuss your project and expectations, and establish a fee to undertake the project.
